John Truempy, Lead Locksmith at the University of Pennsylvania, and Etienne Kirkpatrick, Director of Door and Access Services presented their rekeying protocol and best practices with the audience. Truempy and Kirkpatrick recently completed successful rekeys at their institutions.
Also joining the webinar was Chad Lingafelt of Loc-Doc Security. Chad provided fantastic context getting approval from leadership for a rekey, implementing good key policies, and the importance of door inventory and audits.
