To simplify your process, the IKC maintains key inventory, helps prevent keys from being lost and/or stolen, and can manage up to 288 keys in a single cabinet. With add-on cabinets, one system can manage up to 512 keys.

The powerful web-based administration platform allows users to generate real-time reports to keep assets, facilities, and more importantly your people safe. The administration tool also eliminates the need for a manager to distribute and check-in keys; the distribution and check-in processes are managed by the cabinet software. Administrators and managers have immediate oversight of who has keys, who hasn’t returned keys, and can keep track of productivity far more efficiently than with old-fashioned methods.

To ensure system integrity when the human transaction is eliminated, the ASSA IKC utilizes three forms of credentialing: PIN, Biometric, and/or prox card. Each of these can be used individually or in any combination.

For added security, the IKC is the most robust key cabinet you’re going to find. Heavy-duty steel and a strong and durable lock ensure your keys and assets are well guarded. In addition, the software generates a log, and alerts, when unauthorized access is attempted.
