Cylindrical Indicator Lock

Privacy can easily be achieved with the YPL Series cylindrical indicator lock. The patent pending YPL Series is the only cylindrical lock on the market that has a bold vacant or non-vacant symbol that is located in the rose, thus eliminating the need for a separate deadbolt. The status indicator has a standard red and green color with a white padlock icon that is positioned sideways on the rose, allowing the lock to be easily installed on doors of any handing. The quick and easy installation makes upgrading cost-effective and simple for commercial spaces and can eliminate potentially embarrassing situations, providing users peace of mind.

The overall construction of the YPL Series cylindrical lock with an indicator was designed to provide longevity and durability in applications like dressing rooms, single-person restrooms, conference rooms, nursing mothers’ rooms, and quiet rooms. The privacy function with automatic unlock when rotating the inside lever or closing the door makes this lock ADA-compliant and is ANSI/BHMA A156.2 Grade 1 Certified with a 2-3/4” backset and is UL/cUL listing for up to 3-hour doors. Mortise Locks with Indicator

The ASSA ABLOY ACCENTRA 8800 Series mortise lock has a status indicator option with a patented curved window design and has a variety of function options with multiple color, text, graphic, and language combinations. These eye-catching indicators have a window that is 25% larger than any competitor on the market and is the ideal lock for classroom doors, nursing mothers’ rooms, patient rooms, and restrooms. The 8800 mortise lock is ANSI/BHMA 156.13 Grade 1 Certified and has a 10-year warranty. Indicators are available with the complete mortise lock or can be ordered as kits to upgrade your existing 8800 Series mortise locks.

ASSA ABLOY ACCENTRA’s retrofit 8800 Series mortise indicator can also replace your existing Best® or Schlage® mortise locks. The retrofit indicator kits are available for one or both sides of the door and have options so you can choose the status indicator that works best for each unique project. The indicators are made with high-quality reflective materials and can be clearly viewed from 180° angle. Indicator Deadbolt

The ASSA ABLOY ACCENTRA D200 indicator deadbolt is the industry’s first status indicator deadbolt with visuals on BOTH sides of the door. With multiple window views, this lock provides extra security for single-person restrooms, fitting rooms, or quiet rooms. In addition to the simple installation, the D200 has an oversized thumb turn and field reversible handling to make upgrading your opening hassle-free. The 1" throw solid steel deadbolt with hardened, free spinning steel pin insert makes this a fantastic solution for high-traffic areas.

The deadbolt is available with visual indicators that display vacant or occupied wording or symbols so the customer can choose the best fit for their application. The D200 indicator deadbolt also features the added benefit of SFIC functions with concealed interior screws that only the control key can access. The D200 is ANSI/BHMA A156.36 Grade 2 Certified and has a one-year mechanical warranty.
